I loved that the location was central but peaceful. the staff was very friendly. They helped me with parking late at night. i safety was good and welcomed!
the soundproofing wasn't good, i could hear everything from the street. it was hard to sleep well because of the noise inside and outside the building.

The staff helped me leave my bags before check-in. They pre-booked a taxi for my early morning departure, WHICH i appreciated. The building has AMAZING character and I loved the gorgeous antique furniture. EVERYTHING was clean.
The air conditioning shut off automatically from 10 AM to 2 PM, this made the room quite hot. I wish there was a way to keep it running throughout the day.

I found the location to be excellent. It is right in the center, yet surprisingly quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when I needed assistance with parking late at night. They were so kind! The building had a beautiful courtyard. The cleanliness was also perfect, which I really liked.
My room lacked a fridge. This was inconvenient as I had hoped to keep some drinks cold.

The staff was kind and helpful throughout my stay. they allowed me to store my luggage after checkout, a great help before my evening flight. victoria offered helpful and attentive service. She provided me with tea bags when i asked. i appreciated the assistance.
The noise at night was disruptive. I struggled to sleep . drunk people repeatedly buzzed the door, and loud sounds echoed through the stairs. i was often awakened by people using the bathroom. this did overshadow my experience, quite disappointing.
